The transport was great, got to the venue on time. I was surprised at the way this place is set up, considering the amount we spent on our tickets, nothing apart from dinner was included. The drinks were very expensive, if we had kids with it the extra entertainment would have cost a fortune. and having our phones taken off us so we can't take pictures inside rather spend a crazy amount of money on pictures taken by the staff was ridiculous. The show was amazing, we thoroughly enjoyed it, but sucha long time spent waiting to enter the auditiorium and it was so hot. Also we coulnd't take our own water into the auditiorium and charging 90THB for a bottle of water is ridiculous. If the venue hadn't charged such astronomical prices for everything it would have made the experience so much better.

Driver who came for pickup did not have proper experience to speak with client. As compare to Siam nirmit, food quality was poor and staff was not polite . Overall my experience with phuket fantasea was not good

We were astonished with taxi drop after show. We were surprised our hotel name printed in ticket and clearly instructed which zone We had to go after show. pick up from hotel also prompt.u are great.

easy , economical and smooth. but i felt fantasea is overrated , trapeze was the only wow section and elephant show was ok otherwise the artists were not in sync , under rehearsed. food was decent.

The entire process of smooth and easy. We didnt have to wait a bit as the car came before time and the show was definitely worth it. The amusement park could have had simple activities for kids below 10 years as every game was for big children or adults to play on their behalf. The buffet was lavish and options were available for all types of persons. Great experience overall.

Ticketing good, however found it difficult to find the hotel pick up time and had to email three times for an answer. One answer gave to the hotel name that I had given them as the pick up but not the time! Also no advice given clearly at time of booking that electronic devices are basically confiscated when you enter the show. You can use phones and video prior to that. It is is very small print on the back of the ticket that is issued to you at the venue for entry and, not verbally advised and when I read the ticket it did mention self service lockers , but no one mentioned that either. If was only after severe objection to the practice that I got a VIP pass to pick up my phone after but no explanation how it worked. More infornation would have been good at time of booking

It was good, shows were good, but majority of it is for kids as a couple it wasn't worth it. If you have kids 100% go for it . People without kids, don't waste your money here use that money for something else in Phuket. It is good if you are into it but definitely it will be boring for you once you get there and realise all the rides ask for extra money. Entry price is only for the shows inside. Even if you do decide to do, I will recommend buffet option as food there is expensive.

Carnival Magic is a "must see" in Phuket with kids. It's so crazy and over the limits that you will enjoy it. Tickets from Headout were with good price and all worked well.

Booking the tickets were really easy and a great deal. The show was magical and an experience never had before the rides at the waterpark were thrilling but also a space for the entire family to enjoy. The kids loved the water play area with mini slides and activities.

The concept with all the lights and especially the show was very nice and really "special". Nice to see. The tickets are not cheap and inside the park/ show every little extra activity cost then a lot of extra money. Even for children games they charge high prices.

I had been over 20 years ago and really enjoyed it. This time though the buffet was not as good, the show was not flowing so well with the story line and the Lazer light show. Probably the most annoying part of the night was having to hand mobile phone in and collect at the end. I will not recommend to friends and family. I wish to go back to how it was a long, long time ago.

Rides were awesome, enjoyed all the rides... Only thing that could be improved is the attitude of staff at Indian Delight at Tropical Beach. Staff didn't offer salad with 780 B of food being ordered first and were not ready to offer with additional order. Could see the bias for another customer buying item for only 260 B and was given salad without asking for it. Staff was not bothered about receiving the feedback, esp the Manager didn't have any sense of talking to the customer.
